Virtual Classroom Training “Dealing with myself”

We delve into the most complex subject – and that is you! How to deal with yourself? You will probably know yourself the best however we are pretty certain that there are areas you have never noticed or recognized before. Dealing with oneself is on one hand side self-management and self-awareness on the other hand it also entails good dealing with other people. It´s also called the “Emotional competence”. Emotional competence enables you to master conflicts constructively and to get along well with yourself and other people. Because those who master themselves can master every challenge. Through in-depth self-knowledge, you can increasingly reflect on yourself and be more authentic and relaxed with yourself and others. It helps you to get in your midst and react with serenity and openness to the demands of life and to make your own life. Life should and must be stimulating and enjoyable. If it has become boring or exhausting, you are not dealing with yourselves in the best way. Living a true life means also following the so called path of integrity by using the internal compass. However this needs some honesty. You need to be willing to take a look at yourself and see what’s missing, and then fill in the gaps. In that virtual classroom you will reflect on your internal compass and work out what your strongest qualities are. When you feel you are aware of your strongest qualities you can then declare who you are and see what is missing to become what you want to be.
