From your childhood, drama has been all around you from your caregivers, peers, relationships and, of course, from the media. So much so, that you believed that it was the only way to relate to others. This led you to feel like a victim, that you had to rescue others, that the only way to meet your needs was through anger, that it wasn’t safe to be vulnerable.
