Classroom Training Course “Work-Life Balance”

Work-Life Balance as an important basis for your well-being. Stress and its consequences are topics that have become entrenched in everyday life – unfortunately! Work-Life balance and stress management are therefore prerequisites for a healthy, happy life and for success. Work-Life Balance also means (personal) health management and burnout prevention. The training will help you to define your personal life balance. You will learn how you can easily live life in balance, in all “small” everyday situations. At the end of the training you will understand your personal mechanisms of stress and what will cause distress or dissatisfaction. You will also learn how you could influence your own stress resistance. You will get practical tools which will help you to experience your stress situations differently and have the courage, confidence and knowledge to go new creative ways in your stress management and work-life balance.
