Classroom Training Course “Use your strength”
This classroom training course will solely focus on you! You can take a break for 2 days in your daily routine, to reflect on your strength, find out what your objectives and your compass are in life. Through in-depth self-knowledge, you can increasingly reflect on yourself and be more authentic and relaxed with yourself and others. It helps you to respond with serenity and openness to the demands of life and to create your own path life. Together with other participants, you will work on a masterplan if you want to make some changes and rebalancing. The opportunity to network and exchange with others may also inspire different perspectives and new ideas. You will also learn to act and express yourself appropriately and clearly, even in difficult situations.
