Are you sitting more or less the entire day at work at your desk or are you have to stay around at work? Are you having tennis elbows from typing at the computer, bad backs from sitting or standing, stiff necks, migraines or other headaches, sore feet and swollen ankles? Here is the perfect programm for you to give your body more physical balance for your workdays.

With the Egoscue Method, founded by Pete Egoscue a nationally renowned physiologist and sports injury consultant in the 1970s, still considered as one of the most respected and revered non-medical pain relief systems in the world, we will together practices some mobility@work. The system is based on the principle that your body has the unique ability to heal itself. The foundation of the Egoscue exercises is the understanding that the human body is dependent on motion to maintain its full range of physical functions, and motion is vital throughout our lives.

With over 5 years experience with the method and exercises that I use and having tried and tested all of them, I have personally experienced the positive effects by feeling especially energetic, positive and more balanced. It is my mission in life to share with others what I have experienced, what happens when you have a balanced body and what the effects are on the mind. I believe that through my exercises you will create balance in your body and in your mind. I will provide very practical advice, easy-to-do and highly effective exercises, that stretch, strengthen, and relax the body, allowing a return to proper alignment.
