Self-Reflection Course “Resolutions”

Benjamin Franklin once said, “Don´t put off until tomorrow what you can do today!” Sometimes it’s hard for you to adhere to it. You delay important but unpleasant tasks or decisions to the next day. Instead, you do many other things, just to avoid the annoying thing you would have to deal with. This delaying tactic takes up attention unnecessarily, sometimes even self-esteem. If you want to get out of this vicious cycle, you need the the following mindset: I want – I can – I do! Instead of constantly practicing self-discipline, it’s better to have more fun doing what you do. Maybe your goal needs more clarity? Maybe there is too much inertia or chances of success are too slim, so that the effort is not worthwhile? … Uncover where the inertia comes from, and determine the next steps to proceed as desired. With this course, you will learn how to set relevant and achievable resolutions to get out of that loop.
