If you are just setting out on this path of reorientation and personal discovery, we recommend beginning with the online training course “Start to Reflect on Yourself.” This course will guide you in opening the first doors to greater self-awareness and prepare you for the steps that follow.

A key part of this exploration is uncovering the inner drivers that silently influence your daily life — the hidden motivators that push you forward, but sometimes also keep you trapped in cycles you wish to break. To support you in this, you will find a “Personal Driver Test” alongside with a focused online training course. These resources will help you shine a light on the patterns beneath the surface and begin the work of reshaping them into something more empowering.

And because new insights often lead to a surge of motivation — and with it, a long list of resolutions that can feel overwhelming — we also offer the online course “Resolutions.” This training is designed to help you turn your intentions into sustainable habits, so that the spark of change does not fade but instead grows stronger with time.

“Resolutions”

Benjamin Franklin once said, "Don´t put off until tomorrow what you can do today!" Sometimes it's hard for you to adhere to it. You delay important but unpleasant tasks or decisions to the next day. Instead, you do many other things, just to avoid the annoying thing you would have to deal with. This delaying tactic takes up attention unnecessarily, sometimes even self-esteem. If you want to get out of this vicious cycle, you need the the following mindset: I want - I can - I do! Instead of constantly practicing self-discipline, it's better to have more fun doing what you do. Maybe your goal needs more clarity? Maybe there is too much inertia or chances of success are too slim, so that the effort is not worthwhile? ... Uncover where the inertia comes from, and determine the next steps to proceed as desired. With this course, you will learn how to set relevant and achievable resolutions to get out of that loop.

“Start to reflect on yourself”

Self-reflection isn’t that easy! It needs courage to be honest with yourself and also the ability to pause for a moment from your daily activities and tasks and take a neutral position in your own life to look on you, your strength, your challenges and the situation you want to change. We will use a method in which you will take on a meta-position in the function of a wise, about 90 years young supervisor.
The following intervention is suitable if you are looking for guidance and clarity on something. It might also be helpful if you are just starting to reflect on yourself and you are currently not able to talk to a coach for example about it as you are having difficulties to express what your current challenges are. It might also be helpful even if you know already that a change is needed but you´re unclear about what should change so that you could look for the best way to start the change process. The method is also particularly suitable for decision-making situations that require clarity and orientation.

“Live with your personal driver“

This course is particular relevant for you if you are looking to change some fundamental things in life. If for example you are wondering why it seems that you are always facing similar issues and challenges after a certain period of time either in professional or in private life e.g. like you are running in similar conflicts with different direct line manager or if you are facing similar communication challenges in various social and professional teams. If you are wondering why you always get stuck that might be that this is caused from some of your personal driver in life. The inner drivers are important helpers for you - if you had none of them in you, you would probably just sit with no motivation and power in the corner and get nothing done. They are only a problem when they fully drive your life "uninhibited" and unreflective. Then they can cause you a lot of stress and make you very unhappy.

In order to understand someone’s personal driver a so called „script analysis“ will be helpful. Script analysis is the method of uncovering the 'early decisions, made unconsciously, as to how life shall be lived'. It is one of the five clusters in the transactional analysis. The purpose of script analysis is to aid the client to achieve autonomy by recognising the script's influence on values, decisions, behaviours and thereby allowing them to decide against the script.
